The course contains all the main topics that you need to know in order to get started as a Jira User. The course gives a panoramic view of the tool and its capabilities so you will make the most of it.

• Create, Edit, View screens
• Versions& Components
• Issue Workflows
• Collaboration Mechanisms: Watching, Commenting, User Mentioning, email notifications
• Searching and filtering
• Dashboards
• Scrum Boards:
  • Sprint planning using the backlog view: estimation, allocating stories to sprints, breakdown stories into sub-tasks, starting sprints
  • Version panel, Epic panel, issue details view
  • Sprint execution using the active sprint view, closing sprints
  • Scrum Board Reports(Burndown, Velocity, etc.)
  • Board settings: quick filters, columns, swimlanes, Card colors, Card layout, and more
• Kanban boards
• Confluence overview – writing requirements/design pages, linking into Jira issues
• Project Administration: allocating users to roles, define default assignee
